"Profusion" zinnias are one of my favorite flowers. They bloom like crazy all summer, continuing well into the fall. The flowers start out a rich deep orange-red, fade to a lovely apricot in the sunlight and end up a pale yellow. They last a long time in flower arrangements. Maybe they should be called
perfection instead of
profusion.

This is really lovely, Sharon. I love that shade of blue!! So vibrant, especially when contrasted with the red flowers. Fantastic!

Gorgeous! I Love that blue vase and its reflections.
This really is gorgeous - I love the way the shadow combines the colors of the vase and the flowers. The reflections are wonderful.
Just a wild guess, but...are the reflections in the pitcher the windows you drew in "skyscape"?
Beautiful blue!
Wow! What a great blog, you've mastered watercolor and draw precisely. Then give us tempting food delights to enjoy. What fun. Thanks for the kind comment on the Dancing with the Stars sketches. I've neglected watercolors lately, you inspire me.
